I am a Business Analysis for Nomura. I work in the EIS department, where i work on our MobileIron project. I am responsible for delivering the new automation tool for all mobile testing.
I recently completed my level 4 Project management qualification. Since then i have gone on to complete the 'ScrumMaster' course.
I am extremely happy with my team, and the work i am doing. I am making huge progress in my set goals and enjoy every moment.
I have to believe i am now recongnised as a valuable asset of my team and the work we do. I now lead my own project and have involvement in 3 more.
My team has a set hierarchy, in which we are incredibly organised and have a strong chain of command. This proves to be most effective when needing study time or anything type of support.
When completing my training during level 4, I received lots of support from my tutor, assessor and my team.
Everyone i have worked with throughout my time at Nomura has always supported me incredibly.
Meets them well.
Yes, i have recently joined Nomura's golf committee.
