i have learnt how to use lots of different tools which i use on a daily basis as well as how to use tools such as power point and excel to a higher standard
my programme is very interesting and provides me with daily challenges which i enjoy working on. i also enjoy spending time with my team and the other apprentices
i feel valued because we are constantly provided with the opportunity to continue and further our learning with training courses as well as receiving feedback from managers on how we could improve as well as what we have done well on, motivating us to work harder and improve more
my programme is well structured with set dates for work to be due, when to start the work is sometimes not communicated very well and some of the work is a bit vague but there is always someone to help
we have regular meetings with our training provider to ensure we are on track and everything is okay, as well as having access to email them in between these calls
i receive a lot of support from both my managers and colleagues, weather it is work related or for apprenticeship work.
my salary is fair and is appropriate for the role i have. i am able to expense some things to do with work and travel which is not to the location i am based at
our team do a lot of team outings as well as lunches. we also do apprentice socials about every month
