I am doing a project management apprenticeship. Therefore, I am doing hundereds of different taks on different projects. I always have a dynamic, interesting and fun work load.
I will be getting my diploma in APM alongside the vast knowledge of what it is like to work in the corporate world
I have a great team in company with an amazing culture. Not only did this apprenticeship meet my expections it went further and beyond.
You are never treated as an apprentice but as a vital employee like anyone else. With a flat hieracal structure, you will constantly be rubbing shoulders from collegues to Vice Presidents.
There were a few hiccups in my programme. But this is only because we were the first group to try out this new programme. Other than the initial set backs it has been great
The support I have recieved from my training officer has been phenomenal. The person has provided me with private sessions when I have fallen behind or been confused
A huge amount of support has been given to me everyone involved.
It goes above and beyond for an apprenticeship
There have been many team socials and apprenticeship socials
Yes
It is a great company and the work you do is actually important
Go for it! If you pass the inital tests and get invited to the assessment centre then be yourself. They have been testing you throughout and making it to that day is very hard task in itself. So not only be proud of yourself, but be yourself completey!
