My role is to become a well trained store assistant to then better myself before moving on to learn management skills.
I’ve learnt to do my work fast and In time and to be a good team member whilst working with others around me.
I enjoy that everyday I learn something new and find myself more comfortable in my job role.
I always feel comfortable no matter what and am able to ask questions to any staff member as I have been made to feel part of the Aldi team.
My programme is structured very well and always organised.
A lot , I always am checked up on on and visited on weekly basis and always given feedback.
Also a lot, I’m always given good feed back and always get checked up on regularly.
Very well I am very happy with my salary.
Yes , this scheme will provide good opportunities for my future outside of work.
