Its enjoyable, although the paperwork side can be a little confusing, with identifying how the work we have done meets certain criteria that we have to meet.
I feel valued, as we have identified many savings. It can be a little frustrating at times as some projects are held back by budgets etc.

It can be difficult at times to get the time to do project work, especially for the guys that i am mentoring, but we are making good progress. We all have jobs to do, and it can be understandably tricky at times to get time for projects. Apart from that, the company is very supportive.
I am doing an apprenticeship as part of my full time role.
I suppose there are a few things i have learnt that I can apply to the running of my home.
Yes
