I am a Test Analyst - this involves testing different systems/softwares. I am currently working off site so I have a lot of interactions with clients on a day-to-day basis.
I am soon taking my ISTQB course. I have had training in SQL, Java, Linux, Automation, and many more.
I really enjoy my programme, it's exciting and the team I work with are great. Everyone at Capgemini are friendly, have great work ethic, and attitude towards meeting targets/deadlines are encouraging.
I have received a few awards, and promotions, etc. from working at Capgemini, I personally think I am being valued to the correct extent.
The support is great, from both Capgemini and the university. The structure of the programme is clear and the on campus days are shown months in advance.
See above^^
I have weekly Keep-In-Touch calls with my managers whilst working away - this is to see how I am feeling, if I enjoy my current situation, etc.
I have recently bought a house, I am so incredibly proud of myself. I am on the property ladder now and this would not have been possible if it weren't for Capgemini's opportunity for me.
I have been to a number of company events, school events, speeches! And I've even taken part in the Brathay Apprenticeship challenge which was so much fun!

See all points above.
Be yourself. and be patient! It takes a long time, so don't worry yourselves if you think it's taking too long.
