Training for the CMI team leading qualification and then one week work experience in a team.
I learnt to be confident and manage my time effectively
I enjoyed it a lot and learnt so many new things
I felt very valued as they taught me so much and I made connections with many people.
It was organised but may have needed abit more work in terms of how many colleagues worked on the project
I received a lot of support and they were very great.
I received a lot of support from my employer and they were very considerate and educational.
The transport costs were very high but the wage was not bad and was fair.
