I was a smart futures student. This entailed learning a developing wide variety of skills crucial in a workplace while attaining and working towards a CMI level 2 qualification in leadership. Day to day we would do various tasks and put are creative hats on to engage in fun but very valuable leadership task. Also learning about the finance industry. In the last week (altogether 3 week program) we got hands on experience of the financial service industry that EY specialises in.
I have gained a CMI level 2 qualification in leadership and have greatly improved on my confidence and awareness of the finance industry.
This was a program I would never forget. I will cherish this opportunity and will do it again 100 times over
EY values there employees and students a great deal. There’s was high levels of equality and everyone was given equal opportunities and weight.
This program was planned out thoroughly. We were given a a timetable of our full three weeks we were gonna be here and every task was done abiding by the time in the schedule
I have been given a mentor by EY. This has been one of the greatest gift given to me as she has helped me prepare and understand what life has ahead of me and has helped me prepare for higher education and a working world.
They have been greatly helpful. All it takes is a email and help is at your door.
We did get paid for our experience, however it did not cost me much as all I had to pay for was travel and transport.
Yes there are. I have been given and assisted in understanding the opportunities bromide by EY.
