We were given lessons in order to completed CMI leaning logs in order t o gain an qualification. Then in the second week we were provided with work experience,understanding how the PI finance sector works and completed a case study.
I have learnt team work skills and how to act and preform in a business environment. I have also become more confident as a leader.
I enjoyed working at EY as everyone was so friendly and it was a good, healthy workplace ethic as everyone was very professional and supportive of on another.
Yes, I felt valued by EY as I was constantly checked up with and head people to reach out to who were approachable and friendly. I was often asked my opinion on certain tasks and if I understood the task.
The two weeks was very organised as all the mentors knew what they were doing, the every day we were doing something new. However the timetable for each dat could be organised more strategically to prevent dragging certain tasks.
Lots of support was provided from Ey as we were provided with mentors during the work experience placement and a mentor of the next 9 months.

The salary met my needs hover travel costs could have been covered as it cost £5 per day to travel to Ey and back home.
