During my time at EY I briefly worked in risk advisory and during that time I was just filling in speared sheets and although I learned a lot from my team member. because a lot of the work was confidential I didn't really get in on the action and was left bored a lot as the work proved wasn't challenge or interesting
I've learned so much from EY for how to present a presentation as well as public speaking and how to write a professional Cv. they even taught the things like how to read a payslip and what it meant. and at the end of our work experience, we had obtained a CMI qualification.
I've learned so many skill from EY that I still used. A few of the things I enjoy from EY is the company culture and how welcoming and easy going the staff were, also during my time at EY I've made a lot of unlikely friends. One thing I really enjoy was how helpful and understanding everyone was as I was terrified as I had zero business experience before this.
I felt valued during the training aspect of the experience but the working week I felt invisible as everyone one was busy which is undesirable but we were handed a work at left for the whole day.
The training was very well organised from my observation but once again the working week felt all over the place and almost as if were and last minute thing.
I feel that the mentors were very helpful and seem authentic as well providing a lot of support even during the working week.

the salary was good but varies from person to person and nobody explained why that was but I did it more so for the experience so it didn't really bother me.
I think so as I still receive emails inviting me to new experiences.
Yes
I've actually recommend it to so many of my friends as I believe I learned so much that I wouldn't have learned to for school or anywhere else for that matter and also I found it gave me clarity, as I know, can say I certainly do not want to go into business no disrespect to the company.
Be transparent during your interview and enjoying it as much as you can. Also trying to take it seriously and say profession as a lot of the people helping taking time out of their work for this.
