Completing CMI learning logs and going to a corporate partner (DS Smith) and working in the legal sector. I had to look at the company’s legal documents and check whether they were available in the languages spoke by the countries they operate in, if not I had to take note of the legislation and report it.
I have developed confidence in my presentation and leadership skills.
I enjoyed the programme a lot and would be glad to continue it for another few weeks.
I felt very valued as we were allocated the top flow which had a nice view and a very spacious room. Also, they gave me lunch and always offered support.
It was well organised as we always had a schedule and knew how much we had to do each day.
A lot of support because they have given me a mentor for a 10 month period that I can go to for support in my career choice
I received a lot of support, I was constantly asked if I was comfortable with the work I was assigned and they monitored my progression accordingly.
It was fine and met my cost stably
Yes there are opportunities to get involved in community projects
Yes
This is because not only did I gain valuable skills and knowledge I got to network with people that I would probably have never met before
To put themselves out there because you will get out as much as you want to put in.
