I work in the MEP department here in Arup. As an apprentice I work with different people, I work in different areas of MEP helping with any and all things. I get the chance to learn as I work and learn skills, skills that without working with different people I wouldn’t have learnt.
Yes I have fortnightly training that helps me learn new things and links In with what I am currently learning in college.
I'm really enjoying the work I am being given and the different people I'm working with all have there own ways of completing tasks which is a great way to learn. there are also a load of great opportunities to go out with your team on socials.
