Sales Support Executive. daily tasks include chasing outstanding requirements on cases. helping the RSU structure with admin type tasks and helping financial advisers with admin type tasks in relation to policy specifics within investments and pensions.
I have learned and developed new skills. I am gaining a qualification. I have attended internal training course to better my knowledge. I have learnt about pensions and investments within prudential without knowing very much coming into the business
I enjoy my job and I have a very lovely and supportive team to work along side. it exceeded my expectations and I enjoy itgreatly
I feel very valued by prudential, I get internal and external feedback regularly confirming my value. I am involved in team meetings and tasks and the team ask for my thoughts
the programme is very well organised. induction was well set out and so was the training aspect of my role. I have unlimited support from multiple people along with the apprenticeship side of things also. systems training was well organised and training is on-going also
BPP are supportive and positive to our roles
we receive great amounts of support from all deparments within the Pru
the salary is very good for the type of job you are doing and very manageable for those who travel
there are always opportunities to take part in various activates outwith work whether that is a conference that is held annually along with team days/nights outs

I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of my apprenticeship and consider myself very lucky to have been given the opportunity to take part in this. I have found a career that I didn't know or think was possible due to how wonderful and supportive the whole of Prudential have been.
be confident. ask loads of questions because there is never a stupid question. make the most of the opportunity you have been given
