Network Planner Apprentice Review

I plan deliveries from depots to Marks and Spencer stores. I create plans daily and run them against several compliance checks to make sure they are accurate. I speak to depots on a daily basis to confirm the plan. I then upload the plan so it can be monitored live.

I have learnt many new skills. I am currently involved in an NVQ programme whereby I am learning while I work.

I work with a good team who are very helpful when needed. We work well as a team and all support eachother.

I feel very valued by Gist. I believe I am praised when I have done a good job and am involved in any team tasks and projects.

My programme is very structured, I have a clear development plan which I can follow and use as a guide. I have support from all of my team members and can have time to put aside for studying.

I have a mentor that I can go to whenever I feel the need. She is always available to help and advise.

My manager is very supportive. He organises any meetings with my NVQ qualifications to make sure I am on target with that. He is an approachable person if I have any queries.

My salary covers all my daily costs. I do not believe I am payed unfairly.

There are lots of events that the company inform us of so it gives us opportunities to get involved with local events.
