i enjoy the openness to talk to very senior colleagues throughout the business, and having the confidence to talk to them about all aspects of work.

I believe having recognition is dealt with very well in the scheme and appreciate the snapshot process. It would be better to have someone check in from your project team atleast every 1-2 months

The 4 month intensive training was too early i believe before having hands on experience

internal training was undertaken by deloitte employees and was useful to build rapport

Although there is a lot of training material provided to us, it can be time consuming which is not helpful when down time between projects is limited.

With rent prices on the rise it makes it more sustainable for me to live at home however travel costs are also increasing

There are many company held events that we can attend, but with most projects being in mainland UK, it can be difficult to make all event if we are away all week. also, i feel we are disconnected from the main university events available to us.

Having the hands on experience of work and also university is the best of both worlds as we get to use of modules in every day work. I believe it's the best start for us coming out of school.
