I work in Tax Conslulting within Deloitte, on a daily basis I am in touch with my clients, assisting them in finding solutions to issues that matter to their businesses.
During my time here, I have learnt a huge ammount. This has included both technical and personal skills.
It is brilliant, I would highly recommend it.
As part of Deloitte you feel incredibly valued from day 1, and you can see this by the amount they invest into their junior staff, and the responsibility they give you.
My programme is very well strucured, from the first month when you attend a 3 week onboarding and training course, and continued support throughout.
We recieve a large amount of support from the taining provider, and are given ample time by the firm to study for exams.
We recieve huge amounts of support for both internal and external training from our employer, and this is one of the highlights of the job.
It is very competitive.
Yes, the social side fo the job is incredibly important, and you strike a great work - life balance.

It's incredibly enjoyable and is a great way to start your working life.
