1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I'm a senior associate in financial series audit, I mainly work on banks or building societies, My main job is audit. As I'm a more senior member they treat me like a Assistant manager as if I was on a the grad scheme therefore I spend most of my time managing my team or speaking the senior people at the client such as FDs or CEOs about technical accounting issues

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

yes - Learn loaud of accounting technical knowledge. Additionally I've learnt load of soft skills such as leadership, public speaking and management

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoy working for a big company where everyone you work with respects you and everyone gets a long. there is a really good yong culture

4. How valued do you feel by Deloitte?

Very valued. Get lots of appreciation from all my seniors and bonus etc

very organies there is a clear path you follow thorugh the exams and a set out learning curiculum

loads, can email my totor anytime for help and they are all really good at teaching

loads they give you lots of time off for college and let you reduct your workload around exams

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

the salary has got better in the 2nd and 3rd year so that now I can easily afford to run a car and rent as well as live a pretty decent life socially

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

there loads of clubs and actvities outside work. I play for football, cricket and softball team. each month my department does a competion with the managers against the staff.
