I find the work to be interesting and rewarding, and the people and culture to be one that reflects well on life inside and outside work with opportunities to develop outside the workplace. There are opportunities to travel, which are enjoyable in the short-term, but have the potential to affect work-life balance if you are based away for a long period of time.
I feel there is good framework for recognition and appreciation by managers and colleagues with feedback provided in various ways.
The programme is well structured, with an induction course to the company and the wider professional area. There are times when things could be communicated better, which is normal in a large company with so many colleagues. Support varies from project to project, as it is decided on an individual basis and does not necessarily reflect the company.
The training provider provides a good support network that all students can avail of.
I have experienced a lot of support in my time with the company in regards to my work, and my life within the company. Support is available to those who seek it out.
