  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • the salary is great as every year there is always an increase or a promotion which leads to a big increase as well as bonuses based on your performance during the year - it does cover living costs hpwever i live at home so cant really say on that point it defintly meets my travel costs and my daily costs as well as social costs however from hearing from other people who do rent out the salary just about just pays for that so could be room for increases - there is also the reimburesment policy which allowas you to claim back expenses which were incurred for work purposes i.e train tickets to see clients or events meals etc therefore not draining all of your salary al the time

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte?
  • Have a read of the website and learn a bit about the company itself what it entails what the firm does to ensure its something you actually want to do and interests you - have a good understanding of the company and its belifs and values - when applying be truthful and be yourself as lying will always catch you out later along the lines! remeber everyones human no need to learn big words etc to astonish just be real and be you - if you do get the job just remeber you own your own careeer therefore try and get involved in as much as you can ask as much as you can follow the opportunuties do everything you wish and dont be afraid! ensure you know what your role entails before you start or ask on the intervgiew day as the last thing you want to do is go in to something you have no idea about and not enjoy it all!
