  • the hands on element of the job with the new challenges everyday.

  • my manager and other team members value me as they give me new tasks and challenges daily and have really brought me into the team environment.

  • the structure is good and well laid out and allows everyone to understand what is happening and when it is happening.

  • I have receive a lot of support from all the tutors who taught me but also finding out I was dyslexic and putting the requirements in place to help with day to day activates.

  • my manager and all the team help me understand and learn new things on a daily basis and are allowing me to try things such as testing.

  • for the first year are a little low but overall are good.
