I work in E&P and my job is to test electrical equipment and maintain plant equipment
the qualification I have gained are good and have helped me understand my role better.
the hands on element of the job with the new challenges everyday.
my manager and other team members value me as they give me new tasks and challenges daily and have really brought me into the team environment.
the structure is good and well laid out and allows everyone to understand what is happening and when it is happening.
I have receive a lot of support from all the tutors who taught me but also finding out I was dyslexic and putting the requirements in place to help with day to day activates.
my manager and all the team help me understand and learn new things on a daily basis and are allowing me to try things such as testing.
for the first year are a little low but overall are good.
there aren't many opportunities outside of work.
