Training role to become a telecommunications engineer, currently in training completing various courses and accreditations. This will later progress onto doing the job itself.
I have learnt so many new skills its impossible to count.
The programme is very full on but enjoyable, its made to feel comfortable and has over met my expectations.
I feel very valued as clearly a lot of money has been spent on each new apprentice, but all the trainers are very friendly and helpful, and the managers are always keen to talk and help.
Vey well structured training in set courses over the weeks. There is a good induction and plenty of time to cover what you need to.
There is accessibility to various kinds of support and these are clearly made available to you.
The team and managers are always supportive.
For an apprentice training role the pay is good compared to other industries.
Yes there seems to be good social groups which you can access.
