Day to day I am answering phones doing sales and retention for customers
I have learned skills to talk to customers and have better conversations
I enjoy my program enough to stick with it until it has finished. I don't particularly enjoy my day to day role but I enjoy working with the people I work with
I feel valued plenty. this shows on my bonus
sometimes I don't know what I need to be doing
I receive sufficient support from the apprentice coach
my employer supports me with my role when I am struggling
decent salary. it could be a lot better though
yes, for example there is options to go on trips to London with work to head office
