Bt Service delivery apprentice. Providing the customer with a working and reliable phone and broadband service.
Developing lost of existing customer service skills but also picking up a lot of new on the job roles, that will help me deliver the best possible service within the company.
We have a good team around us where we all help eachother and get along really well.

lots of support and guidance is given. there is no such thing as a stupid question when learning.
lots of support and information. the company intranet is a great source of information and relevant material. if I cant find something on there I will be able to find someone with the relevant expertise on there also.
it is a very good starting apprentice wage, which will advance after the year of completion.
I have not really been introduced to theses opportunities yet, but likely will over time with the company.
