My day to day roles include reporting on numbers for multiple high profile customer within BT Mobile and Wholesale and Ventures.
Completed a Lean practitioner BQF, gained advanced Excel skills and currently completeing my NVQ and Btec in telecommunications
I fully enjoy my program as it allows me to develop myself even further as an apprentice and creates opportunities for me to promote myself in the company.
I feel very valued at BT
It is a well organised structure, I know exactly who I need to speak to within the company, and if I do not, then someone who has been in the company longer can always help me
I receive a large amount of support from my training providers, they help teach and coach if you do not understand something.
The support I receive from my employer is second to none. They actively encourage development and if I need any support regular 1-1's are provided should any problems arise.
At the moment my salary is only slightly larger than when I was in my previous job, however the salary at the end of my apprenticeship is significantly larger and will definitely meet my costs for the future.
There are multiple opportunities for me outside of work such as "The Apprentice Network", "The BT Ball" and multiple others.
