1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am an assistant associate who works in the department. It means that I currently assist my managers in day to day tasks. I work on a number of clients.

I am currently doing the ACA qualification which professionally qualifies me as an Accountant.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its is a very professional firm, which knows how to integrate new staff members. I feel very valuable and like a member of the team, and it meets all my expectations.

4. How valued do you feel by Deloitte?

We have the deloitte limelight scheme which recognizes good performance. I feel that I am appreciated on every task I do.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very structured. As the opportunity has been open for a number of years, it is really established. As a result there are training and support schemes in place to help individuals, such as the buddy and Performance management system.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

We do not have a training provider.

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

As deloitte is a large employer, we have several managers as well as a performance manager who looks after me, to ensure that I have enough work, or alternatively that I do not have too much work.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

I think it is a very good salary, but it doesn't allow me to live in London. It doesn't cover the travel costs, and it means I must live at home to survive.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

There are many company events, a deloitte netball and football team, as well as adhoc events that all mean there is an active social life beyond work

Research, research and then more research. Every interview question is online so know your role to ensure that you're not caught out!
