My role is to set up phone and network systems to suit a customers needs.
I have developed lots skills I already had but also learnt alot along the way.
I'm really enjoying the programme not only gaining skills but building myself as a person.
I feel completely valued they spend a lot of time focusing on my learning, making me feel an important part of the company now and in the future
100% well planned and always willing to have feed back on anything that may need or want to be changed
I get full support from my trainer i can contact him any time I need something
100% support from contact with my team to manager and above that if I want too.
I feel I'm a little exception to this as I'm an adult with children starting again so I struggle a little money ways but generally i feel its quite competitive if it wasn't for that.
Lots always promoting events
