Info risk and sec - looking after the customer and employee data ensuring that employee abide by the rules and regulations to avoid a potential data breach. I also review download requests from employees to ensure they are safe for the business to download.
Gained my svq level 3 business admin completed my future learn course in cyber security I also picked up many workshops with my apprentice manager ie interviewing skills, cv development etc.
I enjoy the work I do its a good stepping stone into my future career. my team have been great at providing me with new work and keeping me on my toes and they are very helpful when it is needed. the company itself are a really good company to work for the always have their employees best interest at heart.
I feel valued within my team as they ask for my opinion within queries, projects etc. my manager makes me feel valued as the feed up to the head of department the good work I do and they make sure I know that they appreciate it.
the programme is structured so well, its inductions are very good they really prepare you for going out into the business.
I receive really good support from my buddy, manager, apprentice manager and also my assessor they all want you to do well and they will do all they can to help you!
they have a great attitude to supporting you, they are always there when you need that guidance and support no matter what it is you need it for. they all want the best for you and want to ensure you are well throughout the whole programme
the salary meets my costs well, could be better but overall it was an amazing salary to come straight out of school from.
there have been some opportunities outside of work there is volunteering days, events for teams, nights outs etc.

They are a great company to work for, it is a great stepping stone into your future they give you great experience and skills that re transferrable into your next step in your career.
Stay calm, be yourself, learn about the company the basic facts, learn about your role, ie GDPR major changes 1 or 2 would do maybe, very worth it
