come in check emails, morning call with members of team make a start on daily tasks varies depending on what my role is for the day, carry that on till lunch then have lunch with other apprentices, carry on with work then might complete some NVQ of collage work before going home
honestly not many job role is really basic, nvq work is also pretty basic and collage work is okay challenging at times but not very meaningful
enjoy the office environment and the fact im working for such a big company but would like a slightly more challenging job role and maybe a more higher rated level of learning. i.e degree or foundation degree
I feel very valued at BT we are often told by long time members how valued we are and how a lot of targets in the next few years are directly designed towards us
its very well structured and on the job training can sometimes be very good. however in terms of education we have not been given the opportunity to further our learning bby moving to a degree apprenticeship
I see my apprentice coach every couple months and he does help with some queries. however it can be difficult getting a hold of some of the apprentice team
guidance and support is provided by my manager however getting a hold of him can sometimes be a bit of trouble also one to ones are non existant with my current manager
its a little less especially when we are taxed I believe the minimum I require is £1500 after tax
Voluntary activities are always being emailed out on weekly instances
Yes
A big blue chip company which provide apprentices with many great opportunities
