  • To: Deliver a personal and brilliant customer experience on repair to Wholesale customers in the most cost effective way. By: Ensuring promise is kept for timely and simple but clear updates on faults. Aiming to fully answer the customers enquiry first time, avoiding the need for them to make an additional contact (What What When) Owning the issue (KCI updates) until resolution. When required owning escalations to a full resolve, and keeping the customer updated. Continuously reviewing our processes for improvement, and working with our suppliers to do the same. Recording waste and removing it using CI Tools In order to: Deliver what’s critical to quality for our customer whilst meeting business challenges. Improving customer satisfaction, and maintain a competitive service that meets all of the business RFT targets.

  • I enjoy my programme a lot, people are really friendly and well experienced, atmosphere is great in office, people seem generally happy with their jobs.

  • feel valued in that they always offer me training and are encouraging for growing and challenging myself

  • feels organised, have scheduled says out of office to complete work and are given a structured programme and plan with extra support available if needed

  • as much as required with options to come in for 1:1's and flexibility to move training days if they're not suitable to meet personal and business needs

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • support from my team and support from my manager relating to my apprenticeship and also my job role, my manager is very approachable and always goes out of her way to offer me support and advice

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • my salary is very generous and I'm very pleased with it also considering my yearly pay reviews based on performance

  • there are a few but I was expecting more social events for apprentices

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • very friendly, very warm atmosphere where it's easy to settle into work, support is offered in your role and there are other people of similar age, very large company with many opportunities to move around and gain experience in other areas, gives you a good idea of how a business works, you're taken seriously here and treated fairly.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
  • defiantly worth it and to find out more about the business and different sectors and what areas you would like to work in, ask to come into the office to look around and gain an idea of what its like, experience days are available and talk to ex and current apprentices
