role: Customer service executive. daily tasks: complete cases to put annuities into payment after the death of their spouse. internal interactions: speaking to our technical department regarding different scheme rules, meetings and emails. external interactions: phone calls and writing letters responsibilities: complete minimum of 3 cases per day, complete cases with a minimum of a 97.5% accuracy.
I will gain a level 3 business administration qualification by the end as well as functional skills IT. internally I will gain my joint life licencing. I have greatly improved my analytical skills.
I enjoy the job although I don't feel as though its really as advertised, the actual job role is different to the way it was explained to me and I thought I would have a lot more customer interaction. work place wise prudential is a nice company, and the people are good, but it is an old company where most people have worked here since they were 18 and have never left so it's hard implement any change to procedures.
good
very well structured and having the internal department dedicated to helping us is great.
BPP have some rocky patches as they are very busy, but overall my assessor is very quick to reply to my questions.
good
the salary package is much better than most apprenticeships that I have looked at, but I have higher costa than most other apprentices as I live by myself in an expensive area.
there's a team of people who organise events all the time both in my department and for company wide events
Yes
overall although there are improvements that could be made the program is really great.
make sure you do some research into the companies and their 5 values, and think of things that you have done that represent those as the interview questions will more than likely be based around those.... also remember you cant use a compass or fire in space!
