I visit numerous customers I would fix and install their broadband for them, I run tests across the whole line and provide world class service from a world class company
I have learnt customer service I've learnt how to use many tools and how to be more hands on
I would recommend this job to anyone it is flexible not stressful and there is opportunity for progression
I feel like I work as part of a team and we all work towards one common. Goal
I feel it is clear what jobs I have to do and where I have to be but it's up to me to decide where I go
I receive monthly training but someone is always there if you need them
