I am a trainee Telecoms engineer who is in the last hurdle of completing my apprenticeship, I am a fibre jointer who mainly deals with business installs from A end to Bend
I have been provided the opportunity to go and lodge in another city for 2 weeks, along with learning the skills in my own team, this has given me more confidence in my role and the skills I have learned since I have started.
This is by far the best company to work for that provide you benefits, knowledge and support.
Very valued.
always have support from my apprentice coach.
Always have the support there when needed.
I am provided with all the tools needed.
Enough to get you by but hope that once my apprenticeship is over that I will see the benefits in my new salary.
We are offered discount on gym facilities which is very beneficial.
