Very extensive programme and indepth one to one training coupled with on the job work experience . Excellent facilities and time off work to manage workload . Great tutorship and remarkable experience overall.
I have been trained to be a fibre jointer engineer . Excellent new skills and confidence coupled with workmanship .

As an engineer I feel valued beyond measure . Level of trust from colleagues and management is highly confidence boosting .
Very well constructed and organised . Intense planning seems to have gone into this .
