Business support apprentice, going round the different departments and learning about each one. After i have go round the areas at the end of the apprenticeship it will then be decided on how well i have done on what i will be doing next.
Yes, first aid, forklift, gondola, Lean practitioner, warehouse management. These have been very useful for me and have game me good standing for the future. My CV was pretty much empty before and now it has lots of useful stuff I can put onto it.
Love it, everyday is different and there is something new to do. The people i have worked with also make the job. They are all very friendly eager to help and support and will move mountains if you want to achieve something.
I do feel valued my BT for what I do
Its organised but feels a little lacking and thrown together. such as I feel like the questions have no thought behind them, they are repetitive and the questions are only the criteria making it very hard to understand and answer the question.
I dont recieve a lot of support from my training provider. this is due to them having lots of apprentices meaning that they cannot spend a lot of time with me and help me out. This inst so bad as I work through it all at my own pace which suits me fine.
Not much, not because they dont want to but because the questions are very hard and not easily understood.
The first year was a little rough at the start, but after the first year I got a payrise and now it is good enough for me to save some money each month to do with toher things.
Yes lots, lots of team building, looking at other places
Yes
great company, great people, great opportunity
Say yes to every opportunity even if its something you might think you hate because you will probably come to regret saying no (Like I have)
