My role is control, we overview high priority tasks and deal with other areas such as radio and international work
I have learned a lot of skills the main one with my job is communication skill. I have developed this a lot
I love the programme, I like learning new things while getting paid at the same time.
I feel like part of the team and my ideas matter
very structured and organised. well planned though coach and managers
a lot of support from both manager and coach, enjoy training as learning new things

It is a well paid salary for an apprenticeship
