Higher Apprentice responsible for managing business customers' BT public Wi-Fi and BT's internal networks. Interacting with business customers on a daily basis as well as BT/Openreach engineers.
Level 3 NVQ and Foundation Degree in progress. Training provided by BT for internal knowledge.
Excellent team, support in place. Expectations met.
Lots of recognition, management happy with work and willingness.
Organised, well communicated., Mentor in place with regular team meetings.
University is adequate - students tend to help each other.
