Software Distribution Engineer. Install/Upgrade of internal software applications. communication with staff on updates and fixes, i will communicate with external staff regarding their machine. Ensure the procedures put out by my manager is followed 100%. No projects at this time.
I have done 2 Training programs since starting. Radia training, and LEAN training. these count as transferable qualifications.
My team is amazing and fun to work with. The culture is brilliant as there are many charity events. It meets my expectations very well.
The manager appreciates my work as i have been rewarded on multiple times. my collegues are aware of my performance and recognise my talents. I have been involved in a big task which involves the whole organisation. this is an upgrade to the system.
Induction was not as organised as i expected however this was made obvious by the fact that i am the first apprentice in the team. the training is excellent.
The communication is excellent. so i guidence.
