Its a sales and retentions role and we have to take calls and provide an excellent customer serivce
I have improved on my sales skills and my customer service skills
I used to enjoy my apprenticeship and now that I am coming to the end of it I am looking for something else as I find taking calls boring and not really something I am enjoying.
Not very valued to be honest
Not very well organised we always have problems with our apprenticeship times etc
We do not get that much support
Not much or none at all, our employer doesn't really support the apprenticeship
The pay is really good
None at all we do not get to go to any events or anything its really boring
