Providing assistance on a network.
I have learnt how to use new devices and specific skills that are appropriate for the workplace.
I enjoy my programme quite a lot. It's a chance to do something I've never done before, while progressing into a career.
I feel valued as an employee of BT, for a such a large company, they really care about their employees.
My programme is fairly well-structured, although the specific team I'm working in hasn't had apprentices before, so it's a new experience for us all.
Both my apprenticeship coach and my colleagues in my line of work provide a great amount of support for me.
BT is very encouraging and there are lots of opportunities for development.
I have no costs that aren't met by my salary, it is a great starting wage.
The networking between colleagues is good, there are lots of opportunities to do things, whether they be volunteering, or socialising.
