I am a Apprentice Deputy Manager which includes all aspects of working at Aldi from all of the store assistants jobs like working stock and ooerating a till point. Also management rolls such as safe handling and management of staff and running shifts.
Lots, i’ve matured massivley through this process as i’ve had to, due to handling the general public day in day out with a customer service approach and managing people all of which are sufficiently older.
I enjoy it a lot, yes it can sometimes become repetetive but its a great enviroment and is the best decision i’ve made.
