Machine controler Review

job title - machine controler, as a machine controler my daily taskes are to prefore cheks carried out on the cells the robots are housed in. my responsibilietes are to keep these robots in working condition at all times ensureing that coponents do not fail on the robots.

within the apprentiship i have leard many skills such as welidng and eletrical ciruits including PLC and many hand fitting technieques

i enjoy the program very much it teachers me the skills i need and skills that i may need in the future if i am to progress in my career

i feel i play an important job role with in the BMW group it has been an exciting exsperiance that i feel we are valued for the job that we do.

the program is strutured to a certian extent such as placemnt days where we get placed onto the shop floor could be more comunictaed

the training provider does support us in many ways, thye will always help you when assitance is needed and when we need to be pointed in the right direction

we do recevce a huge amount of support form the employer weather it is to do with external life or life outside of the plant they do their bets to support us

the salary package is a very good salary living in oxford is rather exspensive but the salary does ensure that you have enough to live off.

there are a few opportunites outside of work to become invloved in more of the bmw group
