I worked from and BOH gaining experience is all aspects of the business, learning new skills, working with new team members
yes in all area's as I had never worked in hospitality before and I can now work both FOH and BOH
I enjoyed it as it was set out, the team were happy to support me throughout my apprenticeship
Very valued and part of a good team with the hope to progress and have a long career
it was structured and my visits were given in advance and worked around my working hours

I was supported through my induction and on going whenever I needed it and with my trainers help
it was good for the hours I worked as I got benefits as well and could work over time if I wanted
I can do more training and go on courses
