I feel important and like part of the team. I don't feel like I am not as important because I am an Apprentice
It is not very structured, as it is in the early years of the programmer
Not much support by the training provider but lots of support from Deloitte. The training provider has been very unorganised. The individual tutors however, have been great
Lots of support from Deloitte. Everyone is very understanding of our position as Apprentices and they treat us just like a Graduate
The salary is great, this may vary depending on location and service area
Lots of opportunities outside of work. Deloitte has a very large social aspect
