80% of support as its mainly work based learning. You can walking into the company not knowing a thing about business and they will mould you into how Unilever need you to be working.
It meets my costs and living. Can't complain.
There's always opportunities but it comes down to what you want to do in life. If you had to pick an FMCG company, it has to be Unilever.
