Apprentice Manager Review

My role includes a variety of things, but to sum it up it allows me to experience managing a team, pushing for targets to be met and taking pride in my work.

I have learned a lot since I've been with Aldi, I have learnt how to deliver excellent customer service, how to manage a team, how to use my own actions to motivate others to do the same, and how to be passionate about a job.

This programme has not only developed me as an Aldi employee, but as a human being too. I have learnt so much a long the way and would highly recommend it.

I feel very valued, my seniors give me feedback for me to improve myself and tell me how well they think I'm doing, the support is always shown.

It's extremely well organised, both through the store and the external company working towards your Level 3.

I revieved a lot of support from them and they helped me get through my apprenticeship, always willing to help me if I needed it and always supported.

They always have my back and lead me to success, they help me towards achieving targets and goals.

My salary meets my costs very well, gives me enough money to pay my bills and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

There are lots of opportunities outside of work and they are always suggested.
