I am like a store assistant. My day to day tasks will be working stock and sometimes going on tills. I help customers daily with any queries and do additional tasks set by managers
I have learnt about the business itself and I have gained a lot of product knowledge to develop an understanding for retail. I have developed skills like hitting pallet times and exceeding our monthly till speed leaderboard.
I love working for Aldi as everyday is different and exciting. I pick up things everyday to develop skills
I feel highly valued by Aldi as they pay a good wage and the senior management staff really make me feel valued
It is very well organised I know what I will be learning in advance
My training provider gives me all the help I need and are prompt to give my help with any queries I have
I receive a lot of support which is appreciated. They always ask about our well being and give important information updates when needed
