As a deputy manger I run shift check off sales and look after the safe. Managing cash lifts and people in their job roles
Iv learnt a lot about mangaing people and running a shift efficiently. I’m learning to have more confidence and be more assertive if I need to be.
I enjoy the people I work with.
I didn’t feel valued at my last store but now iv moved I feel really valued. The manger of the store has a genuine interest in all her staff and values all of them.
It wasn’t to structured at my last store but now iv moved the structure has changed and it’s alot more organized. Iv been shadowing more people in different roles within the store to understand the jobs that need to be done across the board.
