When you start out you train as a store assistant with tasks such as putting out stock, tidying the shop, being on till etc
It’s given me confidence to speak to people and to deal with challenges
I enjoy it however I feel it could be better
I feel like they care about their apprentices and want them to succeed
It’s generally good but could be improved
I receive lots of support which is really helpful
At first not a lot but as I’m progressing I’m receiving more
I feel the salary is very unfair considering what you have to do, you have more jobs and responsibilities that most employee’s however you’re paid considerably less than them
I’m not sure
Yes
Because overall they’re a good company to work for with some amazing people
To make sure they know how different it can be from other supermarkets
