As an apprentice manager I am part of the stores management team, and it is my job to make sure that the store is being run at the highest possible standard and to ensure that customer are having a good experience in store.
It has given me the tools that I need to effectively work in the public eye and it has helped me develop my leadership skills.
I thoroughly enjoy the role and the chalaanges that it gives, not one day is the same.
I feel that I am highly valued by the company.
I m think that it is very well structured.
My training provider is extremely supportive.
I revive excellent support from my employer.
It covers my costs quite well just now but when hours drop it does become a struggle sometimes.
