Digital Analyst The role varies from project to project. In one project, I was assisting the Project Manager so it mainly involved doing ad-hoc tasks. Another project, I was responsible for handling a system so it involved more technical work of uploading files in the system and making changes in it.
I have developed soft skills like that of excel and powerpoint. Have also taken some trainings which have been helpful but haven't had the opportunity to apply them at work yet.
I enjoy the programme when I am able to implement what I learn in college at work.
I feel very valued at EY and part of bringing a greater change in the world.
It is fairly structured but needs to be more organised and tech focused.
Support from training provider is good during the week at college. Besides that, I haven't seek any support from my college.
Good support especially through the counselor system.
Fairly enough
